• The Rutgers Hall of Distinguished Alumni Award is the highest award the university can bestow upon an alumnus/a. It is awarded to alumni who have distinguished themselves through career and civic activities as well as service and/or philanthropy to Rutgers University. All alumni are eligible for consideration. Honorees are selected by a committee and must be present at the Hall of Distinguished Alumni induction ceremony.

    Nominations are considered eligible for selection by the committee for 3 years from the date of submission. If you nominated an alumnus/a within the past three years and would like to submit supplemental materials, please email volunteer@ruf.rutgers.edu.

    Nominations can be submitted at any time. To ensure consideration for the 2022 Hall of Distinguished Alumni induction ceremony, please submit nominations by March 8th. Submissions that come in after that date will be considered for the following year.
