Please fill out this form each time you are ready to build a new event in the CVENT platform or need an event added to the RAlumni.com website. This will make it easy for the web team to create an event for you or find your event quickly should you have any questions during setup.

Please acknowledge that when requesting a standard or express CVENT site created by the communications team it may take up to 2 weeks  (10 business days) to finalize from date of receiving all required information.

**Special Message for Chartered Organizations
If credit card payments will be processed through the Rutgers University Foundation portal, chartered organizations must have a completed and signed IRS Form W-9 on file with the RUAA prior to receiving any credit card reimbursements from the Rutgers University accounting department. Please also allow 60 days after the last day of the month in which your event was held for the processing of all credit card reimbursement payments. For example, if your event takes place on June 10, the 60-day time frame will begin on June 30.  Should you have any questions concerning the W-9 or the reimbursement process, please contact volunteer@ruf.rutgers.edu.
