Professional pastry chefs Gina Roselle-Broschart CC’06 and Nancy Lee RC’07 have the recipe for the perfect cupcake—and they want to share it with you! On Thursday, March 26, put on your apron for a three-hour, hands-on baking class at The Vintage Cake in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey. You’ll learn a devil’s food chocolate cake recipe, buttercream piping techniques, and beginner garnish and fondant techniques while sipping wine with your friends and other Rutgers alumni.
