Join us on April 21 for the third annual Professionals of Color Alumni Lecture featuring Randal Pinkett ENG’94. Dr. Pinkett is the first African-American contender to win the U.S. version of the reality television show The Apprentice. From his vast experience as an entrepreneur, speaker, author, scholar, and athlete, Dr. Pinkett will share his innovative approach to defining leadership and success in 2021.

Dr. Randal Pinkett has established himself as a leading voice in business, technology, diversity, and inclusion. He is the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of his fifth venture, BCT Partners—a multimillion-dollar research, training, consulting, technology, and data analytics firm headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.

Dr. Pinkett is the author of several books, including Campus CEO: The Student Entrepreneur’s Guide to Launching a Multimillion-Dollar Business and The No-Money Down CEO: How to Start Your Dream Business with Little or No Cash. He also co-authored Black Faces in White Places: 10 Game-Changing Strategies to Achieve Success and Find Greatness.
