Fall 2020 Equine Webinar Series: Use Of Alternative Therapy For Horses: Acupuncture
As part of the Equine Science Center’s Fall 2020 Equine Webinar Series, Dr. Brian Colquhoun will present on the use of acupuncture in horses. The talk will focus on research into its modes of action, its benefits, and its limitations.
Dr. Colquhoun is a graduate of Kansas State University, receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 1979. He attended the University of South Florida and attained his Master of Science degree in Microbiology in 1982.
He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Florida in 1990. Dr Colquhoun served as the president of the American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture.
