Flower Cupcake Decorating with Candyland Crafts

Step into spring! Candyland Crafts instructor Katherine Del Franco will talk about different styles of buttercream frosting and demonstrate how to pipe six flower designs onto cupcakes: two types of roses, a peony, a carnation, a chrysanthemum, and a scabiosa. An optional decorating kit is available, which will include everything you need to create the designs, or you can follow along with your own supplies. Perfect for kids AND adults!

Barry Krinsky, owner of Candyland Crafts, received his master’s degree in environmental sciences from Rutgers in 1988. Del Franco, an instructor at Candyland Crafts, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Candyland Crafts, a cake and chocolate supply company in Raritan, New Jersey, sells more than 20,000 products, offers classes, and hosts parties and corporate events.
