How to Train Like an Olympian
Although Olympians are elite athletes, the rest of us can take pointers from them on how to achieve our goals and lead healthy lives. In this webinar, Priscilla Santana SEBS’20 will provide tips on how Olympic athletes set goals, cross-train, get enough sleep, eat the right foods, prioritize their mental health, and find motivation to train toward their goals. There will be a 10-minute workout at the end of the presentation. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes to participate!
Santana graduated from Rutgers with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a minor in nutrition. She is pursuing a master’s degree in kinesiology with an emphasis on sports physiology at Texas A&M University. She has been a personal trainer for six years.
