Make-Your-Own Dumplings Night

In this fun, hands-on class operated through CocuSocial we will cover the history of Chinese dumplings, discuss crimping styles, and learn about assorted fillings and dipping sauces. You will have a chicken lemon filling and a veggie filling. You will fill, seal, and crimp your own dumplings, making three different styles. You’ll then pan fry them and dip them in a sweet Thai chili sauce.
