Join this webinar to learn why so many children and families in Central America are fleeing to the United States, why New Jersey has a high number of unaccompanied minors, and what happens to them after they arrive. Randi Mandelbaum, distinguished clinical professor of law and Annamay Sheppard Scholar at Rutgers Law School in Newark, will also discuss the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision regarding DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) and what to expect in the future.

As the founding director of the Child Advocacy Clinic, Mandelbaum spearheads a unique clinical program aimed at comprehensively addressing the needs of low-income children and their families. The clinic provides representation to foster children, undocumented immigrant children, and low-income children with disabilities.
