The Rutgers Alfredo Santiago Scholarship Fund awards financial assistance to LEAP graduates to offset the cost of attending Rutgers University.

With more students than ever striving for higher education, we are seeking to strengthen our endowment and continue to ensure that cost is not a barrier to college access for our youth.
