Medical science has been revolutionized by the application of sophisticated tools such as genomics to treat human disease. Dr. Debashish BhattacharyaDistinguished Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Microbiology, will discuss how these so-called “omics” tools can be used to build a foundation for coral conservation efforts.
