About this presentation:
The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted our economic, health care, and education systems. It also affected the public’s mental health with enormous implications being felt today across families, work, schools, and health care systems. Isolation coupled with job instability, financial uncertainty, and loss led many to show symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression.
Join Rutgers alumni and friends as we hear from leaders across Rutgers Health as they discuss the state of post-pandemic mental health and the complex interactions among our physical health, social factors, and emotional well-being. We will explore resilience, hope, and effective interventions to improve well-being across public health and health care.
