Women Leaders Navigating and Thriving in Higher Education: Perspectives from Rutgers GSE Alumni and Community Members

This panel features three women in higher education leadership in and beyond Rutgers, two of whom are Rutgers GSE alumni.

Panelists will:
(i) share how their educational experiences prepared them for their careers,
(ii) reflect on navigating and resisting systemic oppression (e.g., racism, misogyny) in higher education, and
(iii) extend advice for thriving in research and academic administrative roles.

We will have time and opportunities to connect with panelists.
