Lend a Hand

Sometimes the RUAA or other branches of the University need help moving tables and chairs, hanging up signs, handing out swag, or simply greeting alumni with a warm welcome. The tireless and endlessly appreciated crew of alumni who take on these duties are event volunteers.

Signature Events:

Commencement
Commencement ceremonies will take place for Newark, New Brunswick, Camden, and Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences in mid-May. Volunteers will help these momentous events run smoothly, and welcome the newest alumni to the family. 

Homecoming
Homecoming occurs September to October and events range from family-friendly tailgates to fall festivals in Newark, New Brunswick, and Camden. Before cheering on the team, take some time to make this a truly special trip home for fellow alumni.
