    Vote to ratify the Rutgers University Alumni Association (RUAA) Board of Directors and resolutions.

    Voting Information
    • Please note that you are not voting as a representative member on behalf of your chartered organization, but rather as a member of the Alumni Leaders Council.
    • Be assured your vote is confidential and a list of those who voted will be maintained only for the purposes of establishing quorum.
    • Only one vote is allowed per council member and once you have submitted your ballot, you may not edit your vote.

    New member candidates listed below have been approved for election to the RUAA Board of Directors beginning July 1, 2022. Please review the slate and vote at the bottom of the page.

  • RUAA BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEMBERS: 3 YEAR TERM (July 1, 2022 –June 30, 2025)

    Resolutions to the Constitution and Bylaws:
    An updated constitution can be found here. The purpose of the update is to:
    • Give the RUAA Board the ability to keep pace with the ever-changing nature of alumni work, and the flexibility to respond quickly to new trends, needs, and university priorities.
    • Allow the RUAA Board structure to correspond to and align with the priorities of Rutgers University, Rutgers University Foundation, and the RUAA.
    • Realign the committees to allow for faster and more flexible future committee creation, when necessary. Clarifying board roles, voting rights, and volunteer purposes will align with the University’s priority of institutional clarity.
