Leadership Transition in Alumni Engagement

Having served as Vice President for Alumni Engagement since 2020, and Associate Vice President since 2017, Josh Harraman will be stepping down effective December 31, 2022.

Those of you who worked closely with Josh know that he is creative, skilled, and thoughtful. Josh transformed Alumni Engagement at Rutgers. He successfully completed a strategic plan, navigated the pandemic by shifting to a virtual engagement strategy, and served admirably on the Executive Leadership Team of Rutgers University Foundation. Josh has received numerous awards and honors, most recently the CASE District V’s Mike Ziemianski Distinguished Service Award, which recognizes advancement professionals who have provided outstanding service to CASE District V.

During the spring semester, more information will be forthcoming about the leadership of the Alumni Engagement program.
