Looking for fun summer programs for your kids? Rutgers offers a number of camps and special programs—both in person and virtual—for alumni and their families.
Scarlet KIDS Summer Camp: Children entering grades one through six can enjoy an all-inclusive, full-day recreational summer camp on Rutgers’ George H. Cook and Douglass campuses. Fee includes the entire camp day, all activities, meals, and a camp T-shirt.
Virtual Summer Art Camp at Zimmerli Art Museum: Children between the ages of 9 and 13 are invited to explore their creativity and develop new skills in the arts alongside teaching artists in virtual classrooms during weekly morning sessions from July 6 to 30. Classes include such favorites as “The Secrets of Drawing” and “Art Meets Science,” as well as new ones, “Art Around the World” and “Say It with Art—Making Art with a Message.”
Rutgers Community Arts at Mason Gross School of the Arts: Join this vibrant artistic community online this summer. Choose from programs in art and design, dance, film and animation, music, and theater. Explore, create, and perform under the guidance of faculty from the state’s premier arts conservatory. Financial aid available for most programs.
